ABOUT ME

Ciao!

I am 32 years old and I live in the Italian part of Switzerland (did you know there was one?), but I would call home every place in the world where I could feel positive energy, unforgettable sunsets and good vibes. I am a nature and outdoor sports addicted and I love to capture magic spots in pictures (which I used in most of the contents in this blog).

I think there is a kind of luck that's not much more than being in the right place at the right time, and being able to fully live these moments is the best gift we can get.

After being diagnosed with a functional disorder of the nervous system, I appreciate every smile and single moment of happiness in my days even more and by sharing my story, as well as some rehab tips, I hope I might be able to help you doing the same and stay positive.
